Puitejärjestelyn enimmäisarvo ja arvioitu arvo on 876 494 euroa (alv 0 %). Puitejärjestely ei sisällä minimi ostovelvoitetta tai Toimittajalle yksinoikeutta toteuttaa palvelua Veikkaus-konsernille. Veikkaus hakee yhtä puitesopimuskumppania sopimuskaudelle ja puitejärjestely on tarkoitus saattaa voimaan arviolta syyskuussa 2026 ja perussopimuskausi on voimassa kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta. Sopimukseen sisältyy lisäksi kaksi (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiokautta.

L'accueil et l'animation seront assurés les matins, midis et soirs. Le midi, le délégataire assurera la restauration scolaire. Il devra respecter l'ensemble des dispositions légales en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité. Ce service public sera financé par des recettes provenant de la participation des familles, de la Caisse d'Allocations Familiales et une participation de la Ville. Le délégataire assurera à ses risques et périls, la gestion du service dans le respect des principes de continuité, d'égalité et d'adaptabilité du service public.

FORSVARSMATERIELL

The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence ́s need for chemicals for the maintenance and repair of aircraft, including aircrafts and helicopters in peace, stand-by situations, armed conflict, crisis and war. The aircraft shall also be interpreted as including missiles. The framework agreement shall ensure access to products used for maintenance and repairs, in accordance with the requirements of military airworthiness regulation. See part II General Contract Terms, Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form and Product Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 50-75 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The forecast documentation is uncertain due to large product breadth, phasing out/phasing in air systems and a lack of history for new platforms. Furthermore, global development, political guidelines, stand-by and changes in the composition of aircraft at the contracting authority can lead to changes in future consumption. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 95 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement.

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa zestawów odczynnikowych do badań koagulologicznych wraz z dzierżawą systemu do badań koagulologicznych dla Centralnego Laboratorium Klinicznego UCK, o parametrach, w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załącznikach nr 4 i nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiany asortyment musi spełniać wymagania określone w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z wymagań określonych w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 3. Dzierżawiony system wraz z wyposażeniem dodatkowym, zwany dalej „sprzętem”, musi spełniać parametry graniczne określone w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z parametrów granicznych określonych w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty. 4. Dzierżawiony sprzęt zostanie dostarczony wraz z osprzętem niezbędnym do jego prawidłowego funkcjonowania. 5. W przypadku użycia w dokumentacji dotyczącej przedmiotowego postępowania określeń wskazujących na typ, normę, znaki towarowe lub pochodzenie przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać je wraz z wyrazami „lub równoważne”. Nazwy własne są przykładowe, określają klasę produktu i służą ustaleniu standardu - nie wskazują na konkretny wyrób lub konkretnego producenta. Wykonawca oferując przedmiot równoważny do opisanego w specyfikacji jest zobowiązany zachować równoważność w zakresie parametrów technicznych, funkcjonalnych, gabarytowych i jakościowych, które muszą być na poziomie nie niższym od parametrów wskazanych przez Zamawiającego. Ciężar udowodnienia, że oferowane artykuły są równoważne w stosunku do wymagań określonych przez Zamawiającego spoczywa na składającym ofertę.
