Für das neu zu gründende Gymnasium „Am Südpark“ in der Drygalski-Allee 2 soll eine Interim-Pavillonanlage (MRE) mit Mensa und Außenanlagen für ein 4-zügiges Gymnasium neu errichtet werden. Im Vorfeld der Planung wurden 2 alternative Standorte in der näheren Umgebung untersucht. Beide Flächen werden derzeit als Sportfreigelände genutzt. Auf einem der beiden möglichen Standorte (Standort 1) befindet sich bereits eine Schul-Pavillon-Anlage (3-geschoßig, BGF ca. 2.650 m²), die im Zuge der geplanten Baumaßnahme je nach Entwurfskonzept angepasst und integriert werden kann. Die Entscheidung für einen der beiden Standorte wird nach dem Ergebnis der Bauvoranfragen im Zuge der LPH 2 getroffen, voraussichtlich Q2/2026. Gebäudedaten: BGF: ca. 11.500 m²; BRI: ca. 42.000 m³; 3 Geschosse. Standort 1 (Stadtbezirk 19; Gem. Forstenried): Grundstücksfläche ca. 21.100 m² Standort 2 (Stadtbezirk 19; Gem. • L'attributaire de la concession aura pour mission d'exploiter, entretenir, renouveler et développer, à ses risques et périls, dans les conditions fixées par la convention de concession, les installations et équipements de réception et de distribution d'hydrocarbures ainsi que les oléo réseaux, pour l'aéroport Paris-Orly. • Aéroports de Paris mettra à disposition du concessionnaire les installations de réception, d'expédition et les oléo réseaux. Le concessionnaire assumera la garde des emprises, des ouvrages, des installations et plus généralement de l'ensemble des biens qui lui sont remis par Aéroports de Paris, dans les conditions prévues par le contrat de concession transmis aux candidats retenus. A ce titre, le concessionnaire assurera la maîtrise d'ouvrage des travaux sur les installations et équipements précités. • Durée de la concession : Le contrat de concession entrera en vigueur dès sa signature et sera conclu pour une durée d'exploitation de 17 ans et 3 mois à compter du 1er janvier 2028. Cette durée est susceptible d'être prolongée dans des conditions prévues par le contrat de concession transmis aux candidats retenus et conformément aux dispositions du code de la commande publique applicables. Cette durée est fixée conformément à l'article L. 31147 du code de la commande publique, aux termes duquel les contrats de concession sont limités dans leur durée en fonction de la nature et du montant des prestations ou des investissements à réaliser. • Modalités de financement : La convention est passée selon le régime des concessions dans lequel le concessionnaire assume le risque économique lié à l'activité concédée. These services are now being brought to tender, and the Company requires the appointment of a suitably qualified Occupational Health Service Provider to deliver a comprehensive, integrated occupational health service across both company sites. The appointed service provider will be responsible for providing a full occupational health service, supporting employee health, wellbeing, fitness for work, and workplace health management requirements. The service provider will be required to attend both sites to deliver services on-site, utilising the dedicated facilities available at each location to facilitate the Annual Employee Health Screening and off site in clinic Occupational Health services. Within the submission, candidates must clearly define the lead times for both pre employment medicals and urgent care treatment. This is a key priority for the business, and submissions should demonstrate how these services will be delivered within clearly specified turnaround times, together with the processes and resources in place to ensure these lead times are consistently achieved.

Turbíny sú spojené s trojfázovými vertikálnymi synchrónnymi generátormi s činným menovitým výkonom 90MW s napätím 15,75kV. Inštalovaný výkon vodnej elektrárne je 720MW.
