Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for the provision of Staging, Screens and Viewing platform for the Darley Park Weekender Event. The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the Procurement Act 2023 (the "Act") and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (the "Regulations".) The contract is estimated to commence on 31st May 2026 and expire on 31st August 2026. B Lock Penstocks Replacement
KBS Maritime Ltd
KBS Maritime have a requirement for penstock replacements at B Lock within Portsmouth Naval Base. The project consists of 10 in number replacement penstocks in 6 chambers overall. The penstock system controls sea water via a culvert system between the harbour, the basin and the dry docks. These include levelling penstocks of circa 8 metres deep to drainage penstocks circa 18 metres deep. The replacement programme will replace the current cast irons doors with new with specification to be agreed along with the associated shafts, wedges, door nut, brackets, platforms, ladders and actuation and road plates. This project is due to commence in Q4 2026 with all to be replaced by Feb 2030. Contractors must be able to demonstrate design, manufacture and installation of penstock replacements in a marine environment including all site management under CDM regulations and competency of Health and Safety compliance and safe practices. Contractors must also possess at least five years' experience working within a marine environment. Contractors who do not provide suitable and sufficient evidence of this will not be considered

We operate mobile plants in 5 of our RRC's as a way to separate waste/recyclates, manipulate waste in the bins to maximise payloads and load out waste to 3rd parties. The RRC's have an annual throughput of circa. 28,930T of waste. This includes bulky waste, household waste as well as recyclates, wood, green waste, tyres, mattresses etc. Our RRC's where we operate mobile plant are located in the following London Boroughs: - Camden - Waltham Forest - Barnet - Haringey We will require mobile plant to be delivered to these locations at the start of any contract and maintained throughout the term, onsite at the same address the plants were delivered to. This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of NHS Thames Valley (TV) Integrated Care Board (ICB), (the Commissioner's), intention to commission the provision of NHS Termination of Pregnancy centres for patients presenting with medical complexity and/or significant co-morbidities requiring NHS treatment, in line with the specified requirements, in the capacity of the Regional Network Lead Provider (Hub). For the remainder of this document this will be referred to as the: Complex Termination of Pregnancy (CTOP) service. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services.
