The Ministry of Transport (MoT) as the Implementing Agency will implement the Indonesia Mass Transit Project (MASTRAN) with a view to addressing the critical mobility needs of Indonesian cities and improving livability. The Project will cover institutional and capacity development and assistance with the development of a national program of assistance for mass transit in Indonesian cities, and investments in road-based mass transit systems in Bandung Basin Metropolitan Area (BBMA) and Mebidang (Kota Medan, Kota Binjai, Deli Serdang Regency). The proposed MASTRAN will be the first phase of the national assistance program. Predmet javnega naročila je mešano javno naročilo, v katerem prevladuje dobava blaga, in sicer razširitev sistema izposoje koles v Občini Šempeter – Vrtojba z: • dobavo, montažo in vzpostavitvijo 4 novih postajališč samopostrežnega avtomatiziranega sistema izposoje koles, • dobavo 20 koles (10 električnih in 10 navadnih), • nadgradnjo informacijskega sistema GO2GO z vključitvijo novih postajališč, • izvedbo manjših gradbenih, obrtniških in elektro del, ki so nujno potrebna za pripravo lokacij, priklop in delovanje postajališč. Lokacije obstoječih in predvidenih postajališč v OŠV so prikazane v Načrtu omrežja kolesarskih povezav na območju občine Šempeter – Vrtojba. Nova postajališča se bodo uredila na naslednjih lokacijah: 1. Šempeter pri Gorici – Športni park Šempeter 2. Šempeter pri Gorici – center 3. Šempeter pri Gorici – Vrtojbenska cesta (ŠPAR) 4. Vrtojba – Ulica 9. septembra (pokopališče) Širitev in nadgradnja sistema GO2GO tako obsega: • dobavo, montažo in vzpostavitvijo 4 novih postajališč samopostrežnega avtomatiziranega sistema izposoje koles, • dobavo 20 koles (10 električnih in 10 navadnih), • nadgradnjo informacijskega sistema GO2GO z vključitvijo novih postajališč, • izvedbo manjših gradbenih, obrtniških in elektro del, ki so nujno potrebna za pripravo lokacij, priklop in delovanje postajališč. Potrebno je izvesti navezavo Bazena v Športnem parku v Novi Gorici na obstoječe toplovodno omrežje po Rejčevi ulici, dimenzije DN150. Predvidena je vgradnja betonskega jaška, v katerega se vgradi zaporne elemente na obstoječem delu toplovoda in na novem odcepu za bazen. Nov krak toplovoda bo omogočal priklop novih porabnikov na omrežje daljinskega ogrevanja. Predvideno je, da se na nov krak toplovoda priključi zimski bazen (odcep s priključkom DN100) ter objekt balon teniškega igrišča (odcep s priključkom DN50).
