Capacity for future expansion in signal count, formats, production resources and control endpoints is required, together with comprehensive commissioning, documentation, operational and technical training, and ongoing warranty and support. Physical installation and on-site cable pulling will be carried out in-house by Whakaata Māori; the Vendor is required to provide the technical documentation needed to support this work. Building, HVAC and electrical works are out of scope except where specifically identified and priced as an optional item. This is a vendor-agnostic procurement. Whakaata Māori is not seeking a specific product, platform or architecture, and quotations proposing single-frame, modular or distributed/software-defined approaches are all welcome, provided the proposed solution meets the stated requirements, capacities and outcomes set out in the RFQ.
