Das Hauptmann-Haus als auch die anderen Gebäude befinden sich dauerhaft in Nutzung, so dass sich seitdem ein erheblicher Sanierungsstau (mit Ausnahme des Literaturpavillons) eingestellt hat. Es besteht aber auch räumlicher Anpassungsbedarf im Bereich der Wohnnutzung und der Verwaltung. Neben der Grundsanierung von Gebäudehülle und innerer Struktur soll der Bereich des derzeitigen Kriechkellers zu einem Vollkeller erweitert werden. In diesem Zusammenhang wird auch die bisher unzureichende Fundamentierung des Gebäudes ertüchtigt. Die haustechnischen Anlagen müssen komplett erneuert werden. Generell sind die musealen Bereiche des Gebäudeinneren äußerst behutsam und mit minimalinvasiven Methoden zu sanieren, um wertvolle bauzeitliche Oberflächen nicht zu zerstören. Die im Zuge der Sanierung der Außenhülle ausgebauten Baustoffe sind wiederzuverwenden (Dachziegel, Sockelklinker, Fenster etc.).

1. Einordnung des Vorhabens Das Vorhaben dient zur Erfassung aktueller Vorkommensdaten von Lebensraumtypen nach Anhang I der Richtlinie 92/43/EWG des Rates zur Erhaltung der natürlichen Lebensräume sowie der wildlebenden Tiere und Pflanzen (Fauna-Flora-Habitat-Richtlinie, kurz FFH-RL) sowie gesetzlich geschützter Biotope. Die Daten bilden die Grundlage für die turnusgemäßen Berichtspflichten über die Erhaltungszustände der Lebensraumtypen und zur Aktualisierung des Katasters geschützter Biotope im Land. 2. Leistungsumfang Die Leistung umfasst die 1. Erfassung von FFH-Lebensraumtypen (LRT) und gesetzlich geschützten Biotopen (GGB) im Nordwestteil des Landkreises Mansfeld-Südharz außerhalb der Natura 2000-Gebietskulisse in dem unter Punkt 3 näher bezeichneten Gebiet 2. Datenaufbereitung in GIS und Datenbank BioLRT aller kartierten Objekte 3. Erstellung eines Kurzberichts über die erhaltenen Ergebnisse 3. Bearbeitungsgebiet und Flächenkulisse Bearbeitungsgebiet ist der Bereich der nachfolgend aufgeführten Topographischen Karten (DTK10) 4533NO (Sangerhausen) 4533SO (Oberröblingen, anteilig ca. 80% LK MSH und außerhalb des FFH-Gebietes) 4533SW (Brücken/ Helme, anteilig ca. 75% LK MSH und außerhalb der FFH-Gebiete) 4533NW (Wallhausen, anteilig ca. 85% außerhalb der FFH-Gebiete) Die bezeichneten Gebiete werden flächendeckend - mit Ausnahme der Ausschlussflächen -begangen und alle aufgefundenen Objekte gemäß Punkt 2.1. kartiert.
