2026-C1125- Riverbank Road Wastewater Pump Station

Kapiti Coast District Council

The current Wastewater terminal pump station at 1 Riverbank Rd, Otaki, was constructed in 1980s, and has operated for more than forty years and is now reaching the end of its effective service life. The pumps are scheduled for replacement and also required an enlarged wet well and increased pumping capacity to meet current and future demand. The existing structure was also built prior to modern seismic design requirements. To address these limitations and support future growth, a new terminal pump station is inevitable hence proposed for construction. This procurement plan seeks approval to engage a contractor for the upgrade of the existing wastewater pump station (OSP0012) at Riverbank Road, Otaki. The upgrade of the terminal pump station will result in a significant long-term investment in the reliability and performance of Otaki’s wastewater network.

University Accommodation Cleaning Services

Victoria Accommodation

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first stage of a multi-step procurement process for cleaning services across Victoria University of Wellington’s accommodation portfolio. The purpose of the ROI is to identify and shortlist suitably qualified suppliers with the capability, capacity, and relevant experience to deliver cleaning services in a complex, high-occupancy student accommodation environment. It is not a request for pricing but is intended to assess market interest and supplier suitability ahead of a subsequent Request for Proposal. Through this process, the University seeks to better understand market capability and establish a shortlist of suppliers who can deliver consistent, high-quality, and student-focused cleaning services in catered and independent living halls. Cleaning Services are structured into two service portfolios—catered halls and independent living halls—and respondents may register their interest in one or both portfolios. This flexibility supports a range of service delivery models and enables the University to identify the most suitable providers for each portfolio. The ROI also supports the University in responding to recent growth in the accommodation portfolio and evolving operational requirements, while ensuring strong quality assurance, health and safety practices, and alignment with broader outcomes and procurement requirements.

Waitī Waters - finance, customer and billing, asset management systems

South Wairarapa District Council

Waitī Waters Limited is a newly formed water services company, established by four Wairarapa and Tararua councils, in partnership with Rangitāne and Ngāti Kahungunu: • South Wairarapa District Council • Masterton District Council • Carterton District Council • Tararua District Council. Waitī Waters has been created under the Government's Local Water Done Well reform to deliver drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services across the shareholding councils' service areas. It is a greenfield organisation and currently has no IT infrastructure of its own. Waitī Waters will become fully operational as a water services provider on Day One. Getting the right technology foundation in place, on time and without disruption, is critical to a successful launch. We are looking for one or more suppliers to provide finance, asset, customer and billing solutions and related services, including solution establishment and ongoing services to Waitī Waters in readiness for operational go-live on 1 July 2027 (Day One) and beyond. Waitī Waters is planning to go live on the solutions being procured under this RFP by 1 April 2027, which will allow time to stabilise the solutions prior to Day One. Please register via email at procurement@waitiwaters.co.nz for a supplier briefing on 11 June. You will receive further details on timing for the briefing following registration. A further document - Master Services Agreement - will be provided on GETS when finalised.

School Property Regional - Supplier Programme - Market Engagement

Ministry of Education - Approval from Ministry Employee - ie. Case Manager

The Ministry of Education’s School Property group is reshaping how we partner with the construction sector to deliver school property across New Zealand, and we want your input to help make sure that our approach is designed for success. We are looking at how we can move to a simpler, more coordinated model that delivers better outcomes for schools, gives suppliers greater certainty of work, and strengthens long-term partnerships across our portfolio. At present, our delivery model includes multiple panels and programmes, often structured around different project types or construction methods. While these have enabled delivery, they can also create complexity, fragmentation, and limit visibility of upcoming opportunities. We think there is a better way. To support this shift, we have developed a proposed Regional Supplier Programme (RSP). This new approach is designed to streamline how work is planned, allocated, and delivered across the full range of school property projects, from new schools to classroom additions and upgrades. The RSP is intended to create a more connected, predictable, and performance-driven system that benefits both schools and suppliers. What could be different? • A more streamlined supplier environment, with fewer panels and clearer pathways • Regionally-based pipelines, providing greater visibility of upcoming work • A stronger link between performance and future opportunities • A consistent commercial and delivery model across project types and construction methodologies • Improved certainty to support investment in people, capability, and innovation This is a significant opportunity to shape how school property is delivered into the future. Strong supplier partnerships are going to be critical to its success and your input now will be critical to it’s design. Help us test the model We are seeking supplier feedback to understand whether the proposed RSP will work in practice and deliver the benefits we are aiming for. Join the conversation

Public Toilet Cleaning Services

Whangarei District Council

Whangarei District Council (Council) is going to the market for Public Toilet Cleaning Services. The process will be a two-staged open market process:  Registration of Interest (ROI)  Request for Proposal (RFP) This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow the Council to create a short list of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process. Council provides public toilets and associated assets that require regular cleaning and servicing. These services play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and accessible public toilet network in the District, supporting positive community and visitor experiences. Council is looking for a supplier who can deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning and related services that meet defined service standards, support health and safety and environmental outcomes, and contribute to value for money for the community. In September 2022, Councillors passed motion that cleaners were to receive the living wage rate, this increased the allocated budget required for the contract substantially. Council welcomes innovative work methods and/or materials that result in enhanced performance and results.
