Il/elle veillera également à l’intégration du travail décent et des mesures de sécurité et santé au travail (SST), notamment à travers la sensibilisation et l’accompagnement des travailleurs. Le/la consultant(e) Expert(e) HIMO mettra en place un système simple et fonctionnel permettant de suivre les bénéficiaires, les emplois générés et les principales conditions de travail sur les chantiers. Il/elle accompagnera par ailleurs la mise en place ou la redynamisation des comités chargés de la gestion et de l’entretien des infrastructures, ainsi que l’élaboration de mécanismes pratiques de maintenance et de financement de l’entretien. Tout au long de la mission, une attention particulière sera accordée au transfert des compétences aux coopératives et aux relais techniques locaux afin qu’ils puissent progressivement assurer ces fonctions de manière autonome. Enfin, le/la consultant(e) Expert(e) HIMO documentera les résultats obtenus, les difficultés rencontrées, les solutions apportées et les bonnes pratiques susceptibles d’être capitalisées et reproduites dans les futures interventions du PADFA II. La durée de la mission sera de cinquante-six (56) jours repartis sur trois mois et demi (3.5 mois).

WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, lodging, and supervision necessary to collect appropriate samples and deliver to a lab meeting the requirements for processing of AAMI ST108. Contractor shall calibrate the conductivity/resistivity meter monthly during their testing visit and provide a water analysis report. The contractor will be part of the multidisciplinary team that assists the water working group with resolving out-of-range water testing, in addition to: Serves as the subject matter expert on water testing per the ST108:2023 Serves as the subject matter expert on corrective actions to mitigate risks for out-of-range water testing parameters.
