Wir verweisen hiermit auf die Ausschreibung Nr. 2026005415 die eine ähnliche Beschaffungsart aufweist. Am Standort des BHKW Köpenick müssen die beiden baugleichen Heißwassererzeugungsanlagen HWE 40 und HWE 50 gegen nahezu leistungsidentische Neuanlagen als Großwasserraumkesselausführung (nach EN 12953) ersetzt werden. Der HWE 40 ist seit mehreren Jahren außer Betrieb und lediglich HWE 50 ist zurzeit noch neben HWE 30 in Betrieb. Um die Versorgungssicherheit am Standort nicht zu gefährden bzw. nicht weiter einzuschränken ist ein schrittweises Vorgehen für den Ersatz von zuerst HWE 40 und nachfolgend von HWE 50 zwingend notwendig. Die beiden neu zu errichtenden Heißwassererzeuger sollen wieder unterhalb der Kesselhausdecke an die bestehenden Rauchgaskanäle angeschlossen werden. Zur ganzteiligen Ein- und Ausbringung der HWE sollen ausreichend groß dimensionierte Tor-/Türanlagen errichtet werden. Der Umfang der Ausschreibung umfasst vollumfänglich alle Leistungen, die für den Ersatz der eingangs beschriebenen Heißwassererzeuger zu betriebsfertigen Neuanlagen notwendig sind. Dazu gehören die Planung und das Detail-Engineering (Bau, Mechanik und Elektro-/Leittechnik), der Rückbau bestehender Altanlagen (inkl. Störkantenbeseitigung), die Lieferung, Montage und Verrohrung (wasser- und rauchgasseitig) der neuen Kessel inklusive der für den Betrieb notwendigen Ausrüstung (Messtechnik, Armaturen, Pumpen, Gasregelstrecke, Kesselsteuerschrank usw.) sowie die Inbetriebnahme der Kessel. Alle neu installierten Komponenten müssen hinsichtlich ihrer Bedienung- und Wartungsbereiche leicht zugänglich sein bzw. leicht zugänglich gemacht oder bedient werden können. Sollte dafür Stahlbaubühnen/-podeste umgebaut bzw. neu notwendig werden ist dies ebenfalls im Leistungsumfang des AN. Die Erfüllung aller gültigen Richtlinien, Gesetzen, Vorschriften und Normen werden für den eingangs beschriebenen Leistungsumfang des AN werden vorausgesetzt.

Kompletní seznam realizovaných stavebních objektů v rámci Veřejné zakázky je uveden v příloze č. 7 ZD. Dílo je děleno na následující Sekce: a) Sekce 1 – Stavební objekty přeložek; b) Sekce 2 – Stavební objekty zařazené do projektu – Způsobilé výdaje; c) Sekce 3 – Stavební objekty zařazené do projektu – Nezpůsobilé výdaje; d) Sekce 4 – Stavební objekty zařazené mimo projekt, (v podrobnostech k jednotlivým Sekcím viz příloha č. 7 ZD /Technická specifikace/). Dodavatel bude provádět stavební práce při realizaci Díla, konkrétně se jedná o výstavbu protipovodňových opatření, a to včetně provedení souvisejících terénních a krajinných úprav, a to za podmínek dále specifikovaných ve Smlouvě.

Sverige saknar ett långsiktigt och sammanhållet nationellt system för omhändertagande och återvinning av fritidsbåtar och tvåtaktsmotorer med förgasare. Det finns dock flera aktörer som tar emot och skrotar fritidsbåtar mot en ersättning från den som lämnar in båten. Ansvaret och kostnaderna som är förknippade med skrotning ligger hos den sista ägaren och kan i vissa fall medföra att uttjänta fritidsbåtar överges. Det finns redan många fritidsbåtar utan känd ägare både på kommunal mark och hos ideella föreningar (som båtklubbar). Idag kan det finnas upp till 400 000 båtar som närmar sig sitt ”bäst-före-datum” och upp till 35 000 redan övergivna fritidsbåtar. Fritidsbåtar som inte omhändertas och återvinns kan bidra till ytterligare nedskräpning och förorening av natur och vattenmiljöer. Många av båtarna är över 40 år gamla och närmar sig därför det förväntade slutet på deras livslängd. De flesta är plastbåtar som har dumpats eller riskerar att dumpas i naturen.

Les prestations prévues sont les suivantes pour le suivi de chantier (contrôleur de chantier): Assurer la surveillance et le suivi sur le terrain de certains chantiers. Faire un reporting journalier vers un contrôleur ou gestionnaire de chantiers SPAQuE ou que la SPAQuE aura désigné afin de le tenir au courant de l’évolution des chantiers. Interagir avec les intervenants externes (entrepreneurs) pour résoudre les situations problématiques « standards ». Informer le contrôleur ou le gestionnaire de chantier rapidement en cas de situation urgente. Etablir un rapport journalier synthétique (email de quelques lignes avec photos si nécessaire) des différentes prestations journalières. Les prestations prévues sont les suivantes pour la gestion de chantier (gestionnaire de travaux) : Assurer la préparation et le suivi technique de certains chantiers. Assurer la coordination des différents intervenants et participer aux réunions de chantier. Identifier les risques ou dérives pouvant affecter les travaux et proposer les mesures correctrices appropriées. Etablir un reporting régulier sur l'avancement des travaux et les difficultés rencontrées.

Die DRK Kliniken Berlin führen ihre Standorte Mitte und Westend im Zuge der Krankenhausreform 2025 und der zunehmenden Ambulantisierung zusammen. Der Standort Mitte wird geschlossen; die vollstationäre Versorgung bleibt dort bis mindestens 2028 sichergestellt. Der Standort Westend entwickelt sich zum Maximalversorger der Versorgungsstufe Level 3 mit umfassender Notfallversorgung. Hierfür werden am Standort Westend bauvorbereitende Maßnahmen umgesetzt. Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist das Teilprojekt (TP) 3 "Erweiterung ZOP und Errichtung von 16 IMC-Betten". Der Kostenrahmen beträgt 25.530.000 EUR brutto (KGR 200-700). Das Teilprojekt ist Bestandteil der Förderung aus dem Krankenhausstrukturfonds, der insgesamt 7 Teilprojekte mit 18 Einzelmaßnahmen umfasst.
