EX-RNZAF Harvard Parts

The New Zealand Defence Force has a range of ex-RNZAF Heritage Flight Harvard aircraft parts for disposal, including major airframe components, engines, and associated spares. All spares are held at RNZAF Base Ohakea, Bulls. The parts will be available on the following basis: - The sale will be by tender - Preference is for a buyer who will retain, use or steward the parts in New Zealand to support national heritage preservation. - Offered as a single job lot. - Parts are offered ‘as is, where is’ with no warranty or guarantee. - The successful buyer is responsible for timely collection of the parts from RNZAF Base Ohakea. - No supporting documentation is available. - Inspection by arrangement at RNZAF Base Ohakea over period 22 June to 03 July 2026. SH76 Brougham Street Corridor

This contract is for the delivery of the SH76 Brougham Street Corridor Improvements Project, an urban corridor upgrade within the Roads of Regional Significance (RoRS) programme. The works include pavement and surfacing improvements, intersection upgrades, enhanced crossings, intelligent transport systems, streetscape works and associated utility coordination, including watermain works delivered on behalf of Christchurch City Council. Given the live urban environment and multiple third-party interfaces, the contract requires a strong focus on staging, traffic management, stakeholder coordination, and minimising disruption to road users, businesses, and the community. The contract has been classified under NZTA’s Prequalification System as Surfacing – Level A (2A) and Construction – Level A (4A). Tenderers must hold the required NZTA prequalification levels to be eligible to tender. In addition, watermain works must be undertaken by a contractor approved under CCC’s Three Waters Physical Works Panel, and the Orion 66kV utility crossing works must be completed by an Orion prequalified 66kV contractor. Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement. All tenderer’s queries are to be submitted through the GETS Questions and Answers. Any queries that fall outside of the formal Q&A and that require urgent attention, must be directed to NZTA’s point of contact, as stated in the main RFT document. All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda. Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files. The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. EX- RNZAF Strikemaster Airframes

The New Zealand Defence Force seeks to donate two surplus Strikemaster airframes (ex-NZ6375 and ex-NZ6376) to suitable NZ-Based organisations for future public display or similar public benefit. Post retirement from RNZAF service in 1994, the airframes were used as training aids at the RNZAF’s Ground Training Wing, RNZAF Base Woodbourne, Blenheim. Following a change in training requirements the airframes have been sitting unused and in outside storage for some years. They are in poor, but recoverable, cosmetic condition. They are not deemed airworthy. Any donation would be on the conditions that: - The donation is ‘as is, where is’, with no representation of warranty or airworthiness. - Respondents will have the opportunity to inspect the aircraft. - There are no maintenance records associated with the aircraft available. - The removal will be at recipient’s cost and risk. - NZDF would expect recipients to display the aircraft in a manner befitting of their historical importance. NZDF are running an open and contestable process to select the organisations that will receive the Strikemaster airframes. Tongariro National Park Visitor Centre Upgrade

The Central Plateau of New Zealand’s North Island is a major tourism destination for both domestic and international visitors attracted to its diverse landscapes including forests, mountains, lakes and rivers. Purpose of this RFP is to enhance the visitor experience at the Tongariro National Park Visitor Centre, with a focus on engaging visitors with the stories of Tongariro, to create positive impact. The objectives of this initiative are to: - Improve the visitor experience at the Tongariro National Park Visitor Centre, using foundational visitor experience principles. - More effectively engage visitors in the stories of Tongariro, so that they: better understand the significance and specialness of this place; know how to behave appropriately here; are inspired to take care of Tongariro, and other special places. - Use the Learning Outcomes Framework to effectively re-design the interpretive offer at the Visitor Centre. - Contribute to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing Project objectives and benefits.
Hans Bay and Sunny Bight Wastewater Upgrades

Waimarino Health Clinic - ECI and Staged Construction Works

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Whanganui) is undertaking a project to refurbish and extend the Waimarino Health Clinic at Raetihi (the Project). We require a Main Contractor to undertake the construction works in a staged manner including Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), as follows: • undertake the Stage 1 Enabling & Refurbishment Works • provide ECI services and provide input to the detailed design documentation and • bid for and, if approved, undertake the Stage 2 Extension Works to extend the existing building. We are seeking a Main Contractor with experience in ECI and the necessary capability and capacity to successfully undertake the Contract Works in Raetihi, and who has a proven track record in delivering and managing relevant works within a live, operational environment. Main Contractors must be able to bring together and manage a team of subcontractors with relevant experience in live clinical facility upgrades and hospital construction standards, along with other mandatory requirements. Room 13 also needs to have a cubby / locker storage for bags & student gear. • New commercial vinyl (Jacobsens Tarket IQ granit or similar) to the wet areas of room 10. Allow to cove a min of 150mm up the wall, allow for all transition trims & caps. Allow for floor remediation as required prior to new vinyl installation • New Autex composition to the walls in each of these classrooms – colour TBC, allow for 150m2 total. Allow for an aluminium edge trim to Autex panels throughout. Allow to make good paint around the affected areas as required.

The Ministry of Health is seeking to procure a Supplier to deliver a programme of work to develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental Health Indicators, with a contract expected to be in place on /around October 2026, to ensure: • Continuity of nationally consistent indicator development and reporting, • Maintenance of robust and comparable methodologies over time, • Reliable environmental health intelligence to inform public health decision making, • Surveillance is completed in a timely manner with the most recent data available, and • Surveillance is in line with the emerging Environmental Health Strategy. This is an opportunity to help strengthen New Zealand’s environmental health intelligence at a time when decision-makers need timely, trusted evidence about how environmental exposures affect health and wellbeing. By delivering and maintaining a nationally consistent set of Environmental Health Indicators, you will enable the Ministry of Health and partners across central and local government, iwi/Māori partners, and the wider health sector to identify trends and inequities, target interventions, and track the impact of policy and regulatory action over time. We are looking for Respondents with demonstrated environmental health, epidemiological and analytical capability, and experience working with national-scale datasets and longitudinal methods. The Contract Works required are: The proposal involves a range of accessibility upgrade works to improve safe and compliant movement throughout the school site for students, staff and visitors with mobility requirements. The proposed works include the upgrade and modification of existing landings, steps, ramps and accessible pathways at various locations across the school to provide improved access between buildings and external areas. Works include adjustments to gradients and levels, installation of compliant handrails and edge protection, resurfacing of pathways, replacement of deteriorated surfaces, and improvements to transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. The project is intended to enhance overall site accessibility, support inclusive learning environments, and ensure compliance with current accessibility standards and Ministry of Education requirements. Suppliers are required to describe how their proposed approach will deliver economic benefits to New Zealand, including (but not limited to): Use of local labour for the delivery of the bathroom modification works. Engagement of New Zealand–based subcontractors and trades, including small and medium enterprises where appropriate. Supporting regional employment by sourcing workers from the local area where possible. Use of locally supplied materials where suitable and feasible. Suppliers should provide clear, practical examples of how they will demonstrate these benefits during contract delivery. All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations. This Registration of Interest (ROI) is for Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Distributed Blowers Design Services. Scope is to deliver preliminary and detailed design through to a tender-ready package suitable for open-market procurement of physical works under NZS 3910. MSD is seeking suitably qualified suppliers appointed to the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, Architectural Design and Project Management sub-categories. Note that to enable independent validation of design decisions, costs, and programme delivery, the two contracts for Architectural Design OR Project Management service will NOT be awarded to the same supplier. The preferred supplier for each must meet all the mandatory pre-conditions which will be listed in the ROI and will be able to supply services which are delivered in line with the MSD design process and to meet MSD standards such as security and building performance specifications.
