Производство на TETRA мобилен модул (ТММ) по конструкторска техническа документация – рамково споразумение

Настоящата обществена поръчка е за възлагане на производство на TETRA мобилен модул (ТММ) по съществуваща конструкторска техническа документация (собственост на Възложителя) за въведен в експлоатация опитен образец TETRA мобилен модул , в това число и извършване на обучение на експлоатиращ инженерно-технически състав на Възложителя. Услугата се извършва съгласно Техническа спецификация ТС А.80.4997.25 Приложение № 20 от документацията за обществената поръчка. TETRA мобилен модул е предназначен за разширяване чрез полеви средства на географското покритие и увеличаване на трафичния капацитет на система Автоматизирана мрежа за свръзка с подвижни обекти (АМСПО) по стандарт TETRA в съответствие с измененията в оперативната обстановка, в труднодостъпни места и райони без покритие, както и за увеличаване на пропускателната й способност. Предвидено е производството на ТММ да бъде изпълнено на два етапа: Етап 1 производство на 1 (един) брой контролен екземпляр ТММ. Етап 2 производство на 6 (шест) броя серийни екземпляри ТММ. Възложителят, в зависимост от потребностите и осигуреността с финансови средства, определя количеството на ТММ за производство по всеки конкретен договор.

СТОЛИЧЕН ЕЛЕКТРОТРАНСПОРТ ЕАД
Обществената поръчка е за Сервизно обслужване на ултракондензаторна система на електробуси тип HIGER KLQ6125 GEV3 . Възложителят не може да извърши технически преглед и сервизно обслужване на ултракондензаторна система на електробуси тип HIGER KLQ6125 GEV3 поради това, че не разполага с необходимото количество персонал, както и достатъчно обучен такъв и не е оторизиран за извършване на такъв ремонт от производителя на тази система Shanghai Aowei Technology Development Co.,Ltd. Eлектробуси тип: HIGER KLQ6125 GEV3 са доставени в изпълнение на договори № СЕ-167/28.10.2020 г. (30 броя) и СЕ-86/13.07.2022 г. (4 броя) Съгласно инструкцията на производителя на електробуси тип HIGER KLQ6125 GEV3 ултракондензаторната система внедрена в тях следва да мине на технически преглед и сервизно обслужване на всеки 250 000 km. Електробусите вече са достигнали пробег от 250 000 km, и следователно ултракондензаторната система трябва да мине на технически преглед и сервизно обслужване. Тъй като системата за съхранение с използване на ултракондензатор е технически много сложна, използва специфичен софтуер, ноу хау, а не на последно място има гаранция от 10 години (които ще изтекат 2031г.), то сервизното обложване на ултракондензаторна система на електробуси тип HIGER KLQ6125 GEV3 следва да се осъществи от прозводителя на тази система Shanghai Aowei Technology Development Co.,Ltd или упълномощения от него) с цел да се запази гаранцията на ултракондензаторната система. Електробусите които подлежат на сервизно обслужване на ултракондензаторна система са с инвентарни номера: от 5031 до 5064 34 броя.
