CONTRACT 26/28 BUILDING DEMOLITION – 13 BLAKE STREET Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above contract. This Contract is for the Demolition of a Building Structure at 13 Blake Street in the township of Rangiora. The main tasks involved in this Contract are: - Demolition of the single-storey building at 13 Blake Street - Preparation of the sites at 13 & 15 Blake Street for new carpark construction - Manage removal and safe disposal of minor asbestos materials (building switchboard) - Traffic Management / fencing of surrounding area to allow safe demolition - Location, decommissioning/isolation, and capping of property services - Clearing and levelling of site ready for future development The Blake Street carpark is planned to be redeveloped 2026 (starting September) which includes extending the carpark area into the 13 & 15 Blake Street properties. This contract is for the demolition of the building at 13 Blake Street and preparation of the sites at 13 & 15 Blake Street ready for the planned carpark extension. RFT2799 - Temuka Stadium Roof Replacement

A reroofing project for the Temuka Stadium delivers a clear reset of the building’s condition by restoring full weatherproofing and structural protection. Leaks and water ingress are eliminated, reducing the risk of deterioration to steelwork, timber, seating, and internal spaces such as changing rooms or kiosks. With a new roof system in place, the stadium gains a defined service life and manufacturer warranties, providing confidence that the asset is protected for many years. Safety and compliance outcomes are also significant. A modern roofing system meets current building code requirements for wind, seismic performance, fire resistance, and loading, which may have evolved since the original construction. Removing degraded materials and incorporating compliant access points, edge protection, and fall prevention systems improves safety for maintenance crews and reduces liability risks for the owner and operators.

Integrated Mental Health Crisis Services Central Lakes/Queenstown

This Advance Notice is to inform the market of an upcoming procurement opportunity for Integrated Mental Health Crisis Support Services in Central Lakes/Queenstown. The intention is to give providers early visibility ahead of a formal release. This procurement is expected to seek a provider to deliver an integrated crisis response that comprises of a Peer-led Crisis Recovery Café and a clinically led crisis respite and outreach service in the Central Lakes area. Services are expected to support improved access, continuity of care, and strong coordination with local mental health and community services across Queenstown and the Central Lakes area. Procurement Approach: The opportunity is expected to be released via GETS through an open RFP process. The process will be conducted in accordance with the Government Procurement Rules. Details of any briefing or Q&A session will be included in the procurement documents at release. Next Steps for Providers: This notice does not require any action and is not a request for proposals. Providers are encouraged to monitor GETS for the formal release and prepare internal resources accordingly. No information beyond what appears on GETS will be provided before the RFP release.
