Die Stadt Göttingen beabsichtigt die Vergabe der Planungsleistungen für die Freianlagen im Rahmen des Umbaus zur IGS an der Geschwister-Scholl-Schule. Die Geschwister-Scholl-Schule soll zukünftig als integrative Schule betrieben werden. Die Außenanlagen sollen im Rahmen der Planung funktional, gestalterisch und ökologisch weiterentwickelt werden und den Anforderungen eines modernen, inklusiven Schulstandortes entsprechen. Grundlage der Planung stellen die bekannten baulichen und topografischen Gegebenheiten des Grundstücks und Bestands dar. Die Planung und Ausführung sollen in den folgenden Bauabschnitten erfolgen: - Bauabschnitt 1 (Neubau) - nicht Bestandteil des Auftrags - Bauabschnitt 2 (Bauteil D, E, F, G) - Bauabschnitt 3 (Bauteil A1, A2) - Bauabschnitt 4 (Bauteil Godehard, B) - Bauabschnitt 5 (Bauteil A-H, Badewanne) Dabei soll insbesondere berücksichtigt werden: - barrierefreie Wegeführung - angemessene Oberflächen - niveaugleiche oder überwindbare Höhenunterschiede - übersichtliche Erschließungsbereiche - Aufenthalts- und Pausenflächen für Ruhe-, Lern- und Spielflächen - Lichthof in Gebäudeteil D Es wurde bereits ein Planungsbüro mit der Erstellung einer Vorplanung in Bezug auf bestehende Flächen, Nutzungen und Erschließungen beauftragt. Dieses Planungsbüro wurde auch mit der weiteren Planung und Umsetzung des Bauabschnitts 1 (Neubau) beauftragt. Die bereits erarbeiteten Unterlagen werden den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt. Im Rahmen der Vorplanung wurde festgestellt, dass die Bestandsflächen einen hohen Versiegelungsgrad aufweisen. Eine Minimierung der Versiegelung ist angestrebt und soll auch im weiteren Planungsprozess berücksichtigt werden. Die Kosten werden auf rd. brutto 3,0 Mio. Euro geschätzt. Geplant ist eine Fertigstellung des Bauvorhabens bis Dezember 2032.

Furnizarea articolelor de echipament din compunerea uniformei de reprezentare și ceremonialuri a polițiștilor din cadrul IGI prin încheierea unui acord cadru, cu o durată de 24 luni. Achiziționarea produselor, constând în articole de echipament din compunerea uniformei, ce fac obiectul procedurii de achiziție, are ca scop asigurarea noilor uniforme pentru polițiștii din cadrul Inspectoratului General pentru Imigrări, care au fost încadrați din școlile de formare profesională ale M.A.I., polițiști încadrați din sursă externă, agenți trecuți în corpul ofițerilor, absolvenți ai școlilor de formare profesională, absolvenți ai Academiei de Poliție “ Alexandru Ioan Cuza” București, agenții și ofițerii de poliție care urmează să fie încadrați în structurile I.G.I. în anul 2026, astfel încât începând cu data de distribuirii articolelor de echipament polițiștii să fie echipați cu noile modele de uniformă. Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire până la 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, astfel încât autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
