NHS Wales Performance and Improvement (hosted by Public Health Wales NHS Trust)

NHS Wales Performance and Improvement (NHS P&I) are issuing this Market Engagement Notice to engage with suppliers to gather feedback to support the development of a Telehealth Adoption Framework for NHS Wales. For the purposes of this engagement, Telehealth encompasses the use of digital technologies to support prevention, self-management, remote monitoring, virtual care, proactive intervention and home-based models of care. This preliminary market engagement exercise seeks to improve understanding of current and emerging market capability, implementation experience and future innovation. Suppliers should note that this engagement is also intended to improve understanding of supplier readiness against current standards, guidance and assurance arrangements commonly adopted within NHS and public sector environments, together with future areas of strategic importance. This information will help inform future implementation guidance and procurement considerations but should not be interpreted as defining mandatory requirements for any future procurement activity. Information gathered will inform the Telehealth Adoption Framework for Wales and future implementation, adoption and procurement considerations. Suppliers are invited to provide information through a written submission and will have the opportunity to attend a structured engagement session which are scheduled for the 1st, 7th and 10th September 2026. Pre-Market Engagement - Financial Transactions Data (26-025)

Gambling Commission

The Gambling Commission is commencing pre market engagement to inform the potential procurement of a financial transactions dataset. The purpose of this engagement is to: - Understand market capability to provide financial transactions data - Understand market capability and approaches to identify gambling transactions within a complex financial transactions dataset - Understand possible models for data access - Explore indicative cost models We are interested in hearing from organisations that can provide a large, ongoing, dataset of British adult residents’ anonymised financial transactions data. This dataset must include: - Delivery at the level of individual transactions, with everything required for us to build the metrics that we need, such as the date and time, the amount, running balance, merchant name and description. - Classification into Merchant Category Codes (MCC) or some other appropriate classification system. From our previous work using Open Banking data, we know that gambling is particularly difficult to identify, so prospective suppliers must either be able to demonstrate that they possess a state-of-the-art gambling identification algorithm or be willing to share the data with a third party for the purposes of gambling identification. The solution may also include the following desirable attribute: - Demographic and other information about each individual. This should include age and gender. It could also include a measure of gambling harms such as the Problem Gambling Severity Index (PGSI) or a measure of financial wellbeing such as their credit rating. Each anonymised individual must be associated with a unique identifier so they can be tracked over time. The Gambling Commission encourages interested organisations to engage with our Expression of Interest request.

Refurbishment of NLB Oban Base Store Roof

Northern Lighthouse Board

A MANDATORY SITE VISIT IS PLANNED FOR 4 AUGUST 2026. PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE THROUGH DELTA eSOURCING MESSAGE CENTRE, OR EMAIL PROCUREMENT@NLB.ORG.UK, IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND. The business requirement is to refurbish the flat roof of the main building at NLB Oban Depot to provide a safe, compliant, and durable open space for staff and visitors. The works will extend the life of the asset, improve safety, and address deficiencies that prevent its current use. The scope includes the removal of existing parapet copes to enable the safe removal of known asbestos-containing materials. These works are critical to meeting statutory health and safety obligations and will require an Asbestos Management Plan (AMP) approved by the NLB Principal Civil Engineer prior to commencement. The project must be delivered while maintaining the depot as a live operational facility, protecting the integrity of the Grade C listed building, and achieving value for money. Key Challenges •Live Site Working: The depot will remain operational throughout the works, requiring careful coordination to avoid disruption to planned operations. •Listed Building Constraints: Heritage status limits permissible construction methods and materials, increasing the need for specialist contractor experience. •Asbestos Risk: Known asbestos presents significant health, safety, and commercial risk, necessitating specialist planning, sequencing, and cost allowances. •Access and Logistics: Restricted access for personnel, vehicles, and plant may impact programme and preliminaries. •Cost and Programme Certainty: The combination of asbestos removal, heritage considerations, and live-site constraints increases the potential for unforeseen risks.
