Bristol City Council wishes to test the level of market interest in providing a service which provides support for families in crisis or at risk of or affected by care proceedings/child removal. The aim of this service is to provide support to families in crisis in Bristol which improves outcomes for them and their children, reduces the need for social care involvement and reduces the number of children coming into care. The service will need to comprise of three distinct elements, which together will form the overall delivery model. The provider should have a demonstrable track record of delivering all three elements. The provision must: • Have an existing stable volunteer base in Bristol so referrals can be received and support offered from the beginning of the contract. • Be able to support families with complex levels of need (eg families in crisis and in need, step down from fostering, care leavers in supported accommodation, families going through or post care proceedings).

The contract is expected to run for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend for a further three optional (up to) 12-month periods. This will be reviewable prior to the completion of the third year of the contract and subject to satisfactory performance and benchmarking. Vico Homes are a West Yorkshire based Housing Association who manages over 32,000 homes in the North of England. Vico Homes wish to source a single supplier for the provision of fencing services. These services will consist of: a) the supply only of timber fencing, timber trip rail, concrete posts, concrete gravel boards, postcrete, timber pedestrian access gates and gate furniture; and b) the supply and installation of timber fencing, timber trip rail, concrete posts, concrete gravel boards, timber pedestrian access gates and gate furniture. Our main objective is to provide fencing where required to Vico Homes managed/owned boundaries by procuring an efficient, effective and safe fencing service which enhances service delivery and the customer experience. Vico Homes are unable to guarantee any volume of business under any agreement arising from this tender and any quantities and/or volumes stated within this tender are for guidance only and no express or implied statement is given that these will be met or exceeded. The Provision of Reprographic Services

The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) requires the provision of a secure managed reprographics and printing service for the production, copying, scanning and printing of court, evidential and other operational documentation. The service is critical to the delivery of police and criminal justice processes and will be required on a reactive basis to meet operational demand. The appointed supplier will be responsible for providing all equipment, consumables and associated resources necessary to deliver the service, including printing and copying equipment, paper, toner and other consumables. The service must be delivered from supplier-operated premises that meet the MPS's required security standards and are capable of handling sensitive and confidential information. Staff Personnel involved in the delivery of the service must hold, or be capable of obtaining, National Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 2 (NPPV2) and Counter-Terrorist Check (CTC) prior to the start of the contract.
