Trenching from Handholes The Contractor shall make wall penetrations into existing manholes/handholes as required for the number and size of conduits entering and exiting each structure, in accordance with the drawings. Conduit Existing conduit shall remain in place unless the drawings specifically direct removal or modification. Under grass, soil, the Contractor shall install Schedule 80 PVC conduit with a minimum cover of 24 inches (610 mm) from finished grade to top of conduit, or as indicated on the drawings, whichever is greater. All underground 90 degree bends with a 12inch (305 mm) radius shall use prefabricated sweeping bends. Предмета на поръчката обхваща изграждане на нов учебен корпус на ППМГ Акад. Проф. Сградата е трета категория, съгласно Наредба № 1 от 30 юли 2003 г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи чл. 6, ал. 1, т. 4 сгради и съоръжения за обществено обслужване с разгъната застроена площ над 5000 кв. м или с капацитет от 200 до 1000 места включително за посетители съгласно номенклатурата по приложение № 2. Настоящата обществена поръчка изключва изграждане на нов училищен корпус, пряко свързан със съществуващата сграда и топла връзка към съществуващия физкултурен салон. Предвижда се сградата да е разделена на три части: общодостъпна зона, полифункционална зала и учебна зона (класни стаи и кабинети). В проектната разработка се определени два етапа на изграждане на сградата: Етап 1 разглежда изграждане на учебна зона и топла връзка свързваща се с физкултурния салон. Етап 2 включва изграждане общодостъпна зона и полифункционална зала, свързани със съществуващата училищна сграда. СЪЩЕСТВУВАЩО ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ И ДЕЙНОСТИ ПО ПРЕМАХВАНЕ В етап 2 от проекта са планирани дейности по премахване. Към настоящият момент в двора на училището има съществуваща сграда, в която е разположен газовият котел, с който се отопляват съществуващите сгради. Сградата представлява едноетажна постройка, изпълнена от стоманобетонна конструкция и тухлени зидове, дървена покривна конструкция с покритие от керемиди. Предвижда се сградата да бъде премахната, като на нейно място ще бъде изградена новата пристройка. Премахването на сградата е ангажимент на Община Ботевград и не е предмет на поръчката. CSM-modulen brukes av Kundeservice (Interactions/Case), Forhandlerservice og noen andre mindre brukergrupper (Case). Kundeservice er blant Norges beste og krever høy effektivitet i sakshåndtering med fokus på rask tilgang til informasjon, få trykk og høy løsningsgrad. Systemet bærer preg av at det har levd i snart 10 år. Det eksisterer en del teknisk gjeld som vi trenger hjelp med å rydde opp i. En del av dette er å flytte enkelte interne APIer, som har vært tilgjengeliggjort med MID-server, over til eksponerte fasadetjenester som er mer responsive. ITSM-modulen brukes i svært stor grad av IT Drift, men også på Kundeservice, Forhandlerservice (incident) og i Sikkerhet. Sakstypene som er i bruk er: incident, major incident, problem, change og request. NTs interne Service Desk og HR bruker Agent Workspace. ServiceDesk mottar saker via brukerportalen, chat, telefon, oppmøte og e-post som automatisk registreres i ServiceNow. Sakstypene de jobber med er primært incident og request. Det er et godt utviklet Change management med en rekke automatiserte standardendringer. ServiceNow mottar stadig flere endringer via pipeline eller andre integrasjoner fra intern Jira. Driftssenteret er eskaleringspunktet for generelle feil på løsningene. De har overvåkning og bruker blant annet Splunk for å motta eventer. Det vil i anskaffelsen bli lagt vekt på leverandørens erfaring og kompetanse også ut over drift og vedlikehold. Leverandøren skal være proaktiv rådgiver i hele spekteret av tjenester avtalen d
