A continuación, se presenta un resumen del trabajo a realizar: La consultoría tiene como propósito identificar y priorizar las principales barreras que enfrentan los jóvenes del sector TIC para su inserción laboral en las regiones Caribe y Pacífica, y diseñar soluciones articuladas que faciliten su acceso a empleo decente. En una primera fase (junio de 2026), se elaborará un documento de priorización de fricciones por territorio, identificando hasta tres barreras clave por región, junto con su tipología y los servicios de última milla requeridos. De manera complementaria, se desarrollará un documento de challenge statements territoriales que defina problemas estratégicos, caracterice la población objetivo, establezca metas de inserción laboral, incorpore indicadores de trabajo decente y asegure la alineación con iniciativas como los Pactos por las Habilidades y la estrategia Global Gateway. En una segunda fase (hasta agosto de 2026), se consolidarán los resultados del proceso de codiseño con actores del ecosistema, incluyendo soluciones prioritarias, compromisos institucionales y recomendaciones de implementación. Este producto final integrará además una propuesta funcional para el mapeo de talento y vacantes, mecanismos financieros para la sostenibilidad de la intervención y lineamientos para la validación continua con jóvenes beneficiarios, garantizando la pertinencia y escalabilidad de la ruta de empleabilidad. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in an upcoming solicitation process for the "Provision of Post Exchange (PX) Services at various MINUSCA Locations in Central African Republic". 2. MINUSCA is seeking to establish and sustain an efficient retail PX operations capable providing reasonably priced merchandise meeting International Standards and that meet the needs and expectations of UN authorised personnel, at no-cost to the Mission, in accordance with UN regulations and rules. 3. The range of duty-free and tax-free items required by the Mission includes, but is not limited to, Personal, Household, Domestic and Consumer Equipment and Supplies, Food ( Dry, Frozen, Vegeterian,Non Vegeterian) and Beverages, (Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic), Tobacco, Perfumery Products, Electronics, Clothing, Apparel, Luggage and Personal Care Products etc. The comprehensive list will be provided in the solicitation document. 4. The resulting contract(s) will be awarded for an initial period of three (03) years with the possibility of extension for an additional two (02) years (1+1), subject to the extension of the MINUSCA mandate, availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor. 5. Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI in PD or UMGM Portal or by e-mail (please refer to email addresses provided above). 6. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation.
