The IESO is seeking Nuclear Technical Support Services to support activities related to the development and administration of nuclear agreements. This includes providing support related to: the ongoing management, oversight, administration, and technical due diligence activities related to the Amended and Restated Bruce Power Refurbishment Implementation Agreement (“ARBPRIA”) administering other Bruce Power agreements related to the Bruce C project, and Other IESO’s initiatives related to supporting the development of new nuclear in Ontario. Eligibility Requirements: In accordance with the Ontario Government’s Procurement Restriction Policy in force at the time of this RFP, Proponents that are US Businesses, as defined in Part 1.4 of this RFP, are not eligible to participate. Any Proposal received from a Proponent that is a US Business will be disqualified and will not be evaluated. Proponents that are a subsidiary of or controlled by a US Business, for which the subsidiary employs at least 250 full-time employees in Canada are eligible to participate. Subsidiaries of a US Business that employ fewer than 250 full-time employees in Canada are not eligible to participate and will be disqualified from review.

Advance Procurement Notice CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR: SUFFIELD BASE PROGRAM CFB SUFFIELD, ALBERTA (with Security Requirements) Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals. In the context of the major investments announced by the Government and to foster a proactive partnership with industry, DCC is issuing this Advance Procurement Notice (APN) to inform contractors of an upcoming contract opportunity at CFB SUFFIELD, ALBERTA. The purpose of this APN is to allow contractors to assess their capacity and interest in participating, and to prepare adequately for the potential solicitation process, notably by initiating any necessary steps. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on QRT source list(s) for work required by the Department of National Defence, at 22 Wing North Bay, Ontario. The source list will be in place until August 6, 2029. Applications will be accepted for the following category of service(s): General Contractors DCC may utilize QRTs for projects with an estimated value between $100,000 and $500,000. Contractors that want to join a QRT source list, must submit their application by e-mail using the Source List application form. Interested contractors may request to join the SL at any time, subject to the SL terms and conditions. Upon receipt of a request, an administrative processing time of approximately 10 days is required to be included in this SL. However, DCC is requesting that interested contractors submit a request to join the SL as soon as possible, preferably by August 6, 2026. The language selected by the applicant for a QRT Source List will be the only language used for the tender documents, the contract documents and communication for all future tenders and during the execution of any resulting contract. The language selected will apply for the duration of the QRT Source List. This procurement is in accordance with the tendering procedures found in Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Although a security clearance is not required to be added to a source list, contractors are advised that tenders and contracts under the QRT source list(s) may contain organization and personnel security requirements. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from engineering consulting firms to design a heating system to replace the existing Hydronic Heating Systems at the seven (7) northern Long-Range Radar Sites (LRRs) at various locations in Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. The statement of work also includes the provision of the following professional services: Preparation of plans and specifications, and assistance during the tendering and construction phases. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The estimated construction cost for this project is in the range of $19,000,000.00 Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
