Strathclyde Pharma Solutions, a research group within University of Strathclyde's Strathclyde Institute for Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences is a MHRA licensed manufacturing facility, supplying investigative medicinal products to clinical trials. We require a partner to undertake annual servicing and calibration of equipment as well as service cover for emergency call out. As part of our clean room facility, we generate our own Water For Injection which feeds associated equipment. The WFI System comprises of a 500L 316L stainless steel tank, circulation pump, control panel and a circulation loop of pipe work with 4 off-take sample areas. This system is connected to the Telstar Steam Generator, the Telstar Freeze Drier Clean in Place system and the Lancer Washer. The whole system is operated under automatic control. The Contracting Authority is seeking notes of interest for a potential tender exercise to award a supplier who will perform annual maintenance, and where appropriate, calibration. Raleigh Education Trust is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily ICT Managed service. The Contractor will be responsible for the provision of a full Trust ICT service for the pupils and staff at their nine school sites. The Trust requires a Contractor to undertake the ICT Managed Service in accordance with good practice so as to provide a high service standard throughout the Trust for the benefit of school staff and pupils, the local community and any visitors to the sites. There are currently six schools within the Trust in various locations, increasing to nine by September 2026. The schools currently receive onsite and offsite technical support from one technician provided by the incumbent supplier. There are over 1500 pupils on roll across all sites for the academic year 2025/26. TUPE is expected to apply to one member of staff, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. There are no employees in the ICT team that are members of the Local Government Pension Scheme. The Trust is inviting suppliers to tender for the supply of management and support for its entire ICT infrastructure. Only suppliers who are able to manage the complete cycle of support and management of all of the school’s ICT infrastructure, and can provide excellent support, development and management thereafter, should express an interest in the opportunity.

RBKC and WCC currently have contracts that provide access to volunteering opportunities for adults with a learning disability, these are due to expire in March 2027. To ensure that volunteering opportunities continue each borough is looking to procure a single contract which will start on April 2027. The purpose behind volunteering opportunity services is to provide high quality support for those with a Learning Disability and / or Autism support need that meet eligibility under the Care Act 2014. Support provided by volunteering opportunity services aims to support access to volunteering opportunities, supporting people to build and develop their skills and confidence to secure volunteering placements. The services will develop quality community services through voluntary opportunity in WCC and RBKC. They achieve this by: Promoting the benefits of volunteering, such as, playing an active part in the community, supporting the need of local communities. Reduce social isolation via volunteering Showcase volunteering as a route to personal growth and wellbeing. Undertaking and arranging voluntary work in education, health, social services and similar charitable activities. Enhancing the potential of volunteering and work experience, in the voluntary sector as a way of facilitating employment. The anticipated volume for the service in RBKC is to reach 40 unique residents and in WCC is to reach 45 unique residents. Funding arrangements are to be finalised, but the indicative annual value of the contracts will be around £21,320 for RBKC and £24,000 for WCC. This Tender is being published to support the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) fund, which is a major UK government initiative, administered by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV), designed to support local authorities in England to roll out electric vehicle public charging infrastructure. The scheme aims to assist residents without off-street parking in transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs). The Authority has been awarded £10,111,000 for the provision of public EV Chargepoints from the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Capital fund, funded by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles. Additionally, the Authority has secured £400,000 from the LEVI Pilot fund specifically for the delivery of lamppost-integrated Chargepoints. Delivery of the Pilot project has been included as a required element in this tender to ensure there is an integrated and consistent approach to EVI provision. The Authority's contribution towards the works required to deliver the Contract is £10,511,000 which is aggregate sum of the LEVI Capital fund the LEVI Pilot fund as set out above. This Procurement and subsequent Contract is offered and will be delivered as a single lot covering the whole county. The Authority's desire is that installations can be balanced across the more commercially viable and the less commercially viable areas across the county. An experienced CPO with the technical expertise to deliver at the required scale and at pace is vital for a contract of this size.
