In order to continue using the electromagnet, a compatible power supply is required to deliver current-regulated power to the electromagnet with high stability for precision measurements of magnetic thin films and Magnetoresistive random access memory technologies under well-controlled fields. Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center (WBVAMC) currently receives contracted primary care clinic services for veterans in the vicinity of Wayne County, PA, through Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC), a large not-for-profit business entity. Where VA community-based outpatient clinics are typically contracted to firms that must identify leased sites of care, and then build-out and staff those sites prior to commencing operations, Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers maintains a co-located primary care clinic for veterans within an existing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). WBVAMC is currently in the planning phase for procurement of a long-term contract for these services. To provide continuity of care pending the long-term procurement, the agency intends to negotiate a short-term service contract to include a one-year performance period to commence on 08/01/2026. For the purposes of this notice, a mobile facility shall be defined as an enclosed structure capable of complete set-up and tear-down in seven (7) business days. The Contractor shall provide evidence of experience performing mobile-based coating and corrosion treatment on military installations, specifically on active airfields, for consideration.
