Cerințele tehnice sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini nr. 7578/20.04.2028 întocmit de către Compartimentul Tehnic UCC, al Societatii Electrocentrale Craiova. Moara ventilator cu ciocane de 75 t/h are rolul de a măcina cărbunele pînă la o granulaţie de 0,10,3mm şi de a transporta praful de cărbune la arzătorul aferent. Datorita regimului de lucru, elementele componente (ciocane, brate, aparatori, blindaje, sectoare de uzura, etc), se deterioreaza. Cele două cazane de 525 t/h au în componenţă 12 mori de cărbune de tip MVC 75. Pentru buna functionare a cazanelor de abur de 525 t/h, este necesară repararea periodică a morilor pentru a se asigura debitul de cărbune şi fineţea de măcinare. Prin reparaţia morilor de carbune se urmăreşte creşterea sarcinii disponibile a cazanelor, precum şi eliminarea riscului indisponibilizării morilor prin avariere, datorită gradului avansat de uzură al elementelor componente. Mentionam faptul ca, in anul 2026-2027 sunt programate sase reparatii tip LN3.1 si doasprezece tip LN1,2 la morile de carbune inclusiv benzile aferente.

Unitățile de învățământ de stat si cladirile publice, aflate în administrarea Sectorului 1 al Municipiului București reprezintă o componentă strategică a infrastructurii locale, având un rol esențial în asigurarea unui proces instructiv-educativ de calitate pentru elevi și cadrele didactice si un mediu de lucru la standardele actuale. În mod firesc, aceste clădiri sunt supuse uzurii fizice cauzate de trecerea timpului, de condițiile meteorologice și de utilizarea intensă. Acumularea unor deficiențe tehnice, chiar minore, poate afecta în mod direct condițiile de siguranță, igienă și confort necesare desfășurării activităților educaționale si a mediului de lucru în parametri normali. În acest context, se impune realizarea unor lucrări de reparații curente și întreținere periodică, având ca scop menținerea în stare bună de funcționare a clădirilor școlare si a celor administrative și prevenirea degradărilor care ar putea pune în pericol sănătatea sau securitatea elevilor, a personalului didactic, a functionarilor publici, inclusiv a locuitorilor, trecatorilor, etc Achiziția acestor lucrări vizează intervenții precum: reparații ale instalațiilor electrice, sanitare și de încălzire, refacerea finisajelor interioare și exterioare, întreținerea acoperișurilor, igienizări, dar fără a se limita la acestea. Scopul principal al achiziției este asigurarea unui mediu educațional sigur, funcțional și corespunzător standardelor legale în vigoare, precum și sprijinirea continuității activității didactice fără riscul întreruperilor sau al incidentelor cauzate de starea tehnică necorespunzătoare a imobilelor. Totodată, aceste intervenții reflectă angajamentul autorității locale față de susținerea actului educațional și față de întreținerea corespunzătoare a patrimoniului public educațional si administrativ.

The procurement is carried out by DFØ's unit, the Norwegian public sector cloud marketplace (MPS), which facilitates the procurement and use of cloud services in the public sector. Strengthening the overall cybersecurity posture of the public sector is a key objective of MPS. MPS actively collaborates with national and international partners, including European and Nordic central purchasing bodies, EU/EEA institutions, and professional environments within cybersecurity and standardisation (including ENISA, EDPB, NIST, and MITRE), as well as relevant national stakeholders such as the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM), the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), and KiNS. The purpose is to ensure up-to-date market insight, knowledge sharing, and the development of robust solutions for the public sector. DFØ invites tenders for the provision of one senior cybersecurity consultant. The assignment includes advising on how the public sector should organise and procure cybersecurity services, including incident action and proactive security work. The consultant shall also assist in defining security requirements for cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), to be included in contracts with various suppliers. Furthermore, the consultant will contribute to translating complex cybersecurity needs into concrete and actionable decision-making material for senior management and decision-makers across the public sector. The assignment also includes advising on relevant products, services, and supplier strategies within cybersecurity, including managed security services. The consultant may utilise supporting resources where necessary but retains full responsibility for the quality, progress, and overall delivery of the services.

De MRDH wil één concessieovereenkomst met een basisdekking sluiten voor de pilot, met een looptijd van drie jaar waarmee gemeenten en de MRDH ervaring opdoen met een publiek toegankelijk regionaal deelfietssysteem. De MRDH kiest bewust voor een pilot omdat het samen met gemeenten én met de concessiehouder wil testen op welke wijze een deelfietssysteem kan bijdragen aan de regionale opgaven en beleidsdoelen. Daarnaast zijn in de voorbereiding van de aanbesteding meerdere onderwerpen gedefinieerd die de MRDH tijdens de pilot met deelonderzoeken wil toetsen. Het gaat onder andere over de mogelijkheden om tarieven (voor specifieke doelgroepen) te verlagen, deelfietsen in te zetten als maatregel om hinder door werkzaamheden te beperken, de toegankelijkheid te vergroten via gebruiksvriendelijke betaalmethoden en de aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer te verbeteren zodat de deelfiets een aantrekkelijke first en last mile oplossing vormt binnen een ketenreis. - De geraamde waarde van de opdracht, exclusief eventueel meerwerk ten behoeve van onderzoeken en demonstratieprojecten binnen de concessie, is € 1.500.000. - Het totale beschikbare budget voor de opdracht, inclusief onderzoeken en demonstratieprojecten is € 2.700.000.
