Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Hill-Rom, Inc. to provide preventive and corrective maintenance of the Navi-Care Nurse Call System at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. Hill-Rom, Inc. is the sole vendor authorized to provide this service. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
