The scope of this project will involve building refurbishment works to convert building previously used as a Dental Centre into offices at Gallipoli Barracks. Return the signed copy by email, as a scanned PDF file, to the Contact Officer / Tender Administrator noted below Tenderer should note that without the Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer / Tender Administrator, the complete Scope of Works documents cannot be released. Any questions relating to this tender are to be submitted in writing via email to the Contact Officer / Tender Administrator nominated. The cut-off date for Request for Information (RFI) questions pertaining to this tender is seven (7) days before the tender close date.
