We aim to source a contractor that can continue to be engaged in further works as the programme expands and additional bores are required. The Ministry of Education is responsible for ensuring school property, including drinking water infrastructure, is safe, reliable, and compliant. Recent regulatory changes under the Water Services Act 2021 have increased the need to assess and address drinking water compliance across the school portfolio. This has led to a growing but uncertain pipeline of bore-related works, driven by condition assessments, compliance requirements, and emerging risks.

Due to the varying funding streams, contractors will be asked to provide separate tender submissions as directed by the RFT document.
