S-a emis Autorizația de construire nr.28/28.11.2025 de către Consiliul Județean Mureș cu valabilitate de 24 luni. Lucrările privind organizarea execuției lucrărilor (DTOE) și devierea pe rute ocolitoare (poduri provizorii) vor urma procedura de autorizare distinctivă. Executantul va obține, pe cheltuială proprie, autorizația de construire pentru organizarea execuției lucrărilor (DTOE), documentație ce se va întocmi conform Anexei 1 din Legea nr.50/1991 privind autorizarea executărilor lucrărilor de construcții. ASOCIATIA DE DEZVOLTARE INTERCOMUNITARA "IASI INFRASTRUCTURA"

Contractul vizează proiectarea și execuția obiectivului de investiții „Drum de conectivitate între A8 și DN 28 (Varianta de ocolire Podu Iloaiei)”, în județul Iași. Proiectul este strategic pentru decongestionarea traficului de pe DN 28 (E583), prin crearea unei variante de ocolire prin sudul orașului Podu Iloaiei, asigurând o legătură fluidă între rețeaua existentă și viitoarea autostradă A8. Traseul proiectat va avea o lungime de 4.377 metri, fiind proiectat pentru o viteză de bază de 90 km/h. Platforma drumului de 9,00 m include o parte carosabilă de 7,00 m (2 benzi x 3,50 m) și acostamente consolidate de 0,50 m. Principalele lucrări de infrastructură vor include: noduri rutiere, două intersecții giratorii la capetele traseului pentru conexiunea cu DN 28; lucrări de artă: construirea unui pod nou peste râul Bahlui la km 3+900; intersecții: amenajarea conexiunilor cu drumurile județene și locale (DJ 282D, DC 89); sistem de drenaj: sanțuri, rigole și podețe transversale pentru evacuarea apelor pluviale; dotări: Iluminat public în nodurile rutiere și semnalizare completă. Elementele componente ale viitorului contract: 1. Proiectare: Elaborarea Proiectului Tehnic (P.T.), a Detaliilor de Execuție (D.E.) și obținerea autorizației de construire (D.T.A.C.). 2. Execuție: Realizarea tuturor lucrărilor de terasamente, structură rutieră, poduri și protecția mediului. Investiția este finanțată prin fonduri externe nerambursabile aferente Programului Transport (PT) 2021-2027 și de la bugetul de stat, avand ca scop final imbunătățirea fluenței traficului pe coridorul european E583, creșterea siguranței rutiere și reducerea poluării în zona urbană a orașului Podu Iloaiei. In preparation for its future accommodation needs, EBA intends to launch a procurement procedure for a new lease of office premises in the Paris metropolitan area. To support this process, the EBA is seeking expressions of interest from owners, developers, and agents representing suitable office buildings available for lease. This Prior Information Notice is published for information purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition or an invitation to tender. The EBA is seeking suitable office accommodation within a multi-tenant office building to support its operational requirements. The future premises should provide: • Total gross floor area approximately 3,600 m² - 5,400 m²; • Location on Metro Line 1, between La Défense and Gare de Lyon; • An energy-efficient and environmentally responsible building with efficient floor plate, good access to natural light, • Modern technical infrastructure, including resilient building services and digital connectivity suitable for an international public-sector organisation; • Possibility of flexible workspace configurations; • Access to a business centre with meeting rooms and conference facilities; • Access to an intercompany restaurant (Restaurant Inter-Entreprises – RIE); and • Availability for occupation by Q1 2028, following completion of the tenant fit out works. These facilities may include Hospitals, Prisons, Third Level Education Institutions, Laboratories, Data Centres, Office Accommodation, County Councils and other Public Sector buildings. Over 50 large facilities participate in Optimising Power @ Work's Wider Public Sector programme currently. The contracts associated with these participants will expire during the new framework term and in many cases will be due for retendering under the new framework rules. (subject to approvals). In addition approximately 15No facilities have applied to join the programme. Up to five suitable Energy Specialist service providers shall be appointed to the framework. This CfT includes notional tender requests for a representative sample of the type of facilities that participate in the programme. To assess changes in migration outcomes in South-East Asia during the last decade, an endline study was conducted by ILO and IOM. A total of 1,864 migrant workers were surveyed in Cambodia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Myanmar. In addition, 72 qualitative interviews were conducted with return migrant workers and key stakeholders from across government, recruitment agencies and employers, trade unions, and civil society organizations. A comprehensive report has been drafted to analyze the results of the research, which has been reviewed by ILO and IOM, copyedited and validated during a workshop with key stakeholders from across South-East Asia. This call for proposals invites qualified consultants to submit bids for finalizing the endline survey report on migration outcomes in South-East Asia in preparation for publication.
