The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is undertaking pre‑market engagement to inform the development of a potential future procurement for Workplace Adjustments and Health & Safety requirements. This notice invites suppliers with experience in the provision and delivery of Workplace Adjustments and Health & Safety services, including associated digital platforms and value-added services, to participate in a Request for Information (RFI). As this engagement is at an early stage, FOS is not yet in a position to estimate the value of any future contract. The purpose of this engagement is to gather insight into: Market capability Managed service models and delivery options Equipment provision and supply chains Technical support and training Commercial appetite This exercise is intended to inform the potential future requirement only. 1.1 Background Birmingham Children's Trust (the Trust) requires a Supplier to support compliance and good practice for staff who use display screen equipment (DSE) as part of their normal work. This includes ensuring staff have suitable workstation set-up, access to appropriate ergonomic seating, and timely implementation of adjustments identified through assessments. DSE assessments are required for DSE users and should be undertaken when new workstations are set up, new users start, changes occur, or users report discomfort. 1.2 Objectives The Supplier will: 1. Deliver consistent, high-quality DSE assessments (remote and onsite). 2. Provide and/or recommend ergonomic chairs appropriate to user needs. 3. Complete chair set-up and adjustments for: o newly supplied chairs, and o the Trust's existing chair stock (where suitable). 4. Provide clear reports, action plans, and management information to enable implementation and audit trail. 5. Provide a responsive SLA-driven service with measurable performance.

The process aims to onboard a number of providers to create an approved framework supplier list. It is hope that this will enable greater choice, versatility and competition. This Framework is not divided into lots. A minimum of 3 suppliers and maximum of 5 suppliers will be added to the framework. To tender for future opportunities, Framework Suppliers will be invited to participate in further-competition processes. The council intends to run further competition processes in which to select a supplier to deliver each Library project via the framework, however where the council (at its sole discretion) considers the use of a specific supplier from the framework is beneficial for consistency/continuity purposes (e.g additional goods from the same supplier that completed the original work) then the council reserves the right to procure via direct award to that supplier directly without competition. We are seeking Suppliers who offer expertise in design flare, innovation whilst being, durable and safe. The Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate (SPPD) is the organisation tasked with procuring frameworks and contracts on behalf of Scottish public sector bodies. The current General Office Supplies Framework is due to expire on 30 June 2027. Work has commenced in developing the procurement strategy options including canvassing of stakeholders' views. In order to complete and finalise the strategy, SPPD recognises the value of Scottish Public Sector Bodies, Suppliers and Industry bodies having the opportunity to contribute to this process on a non-competitive, non-judgemental basis. PfH Cymru (Procurement for Housing Wales) wishes to establish a Wales-specific Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Planned Works Framework Agreement. Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark.
