The Event Management Framework 2 (EMF2) is being developed by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to provide a modern, flexible, and accessible route to market for government event requirements. The framework will enable departments and arm’s-length bodies to procure specialist Tier 2 event goods and services in a consistent, structured, and efficient way. TfL are procuring the design, manufacture and supply of circa 61,140 seats for the 'S-Stock' trains. The S-Stock fleet of trains comprises of the following lines on London Underground: - Metropolitan Line; - District Line; - Hammersmith and City Line; and - Circle Line. This contract for an estimated duration of 3 years with an option to extend for up to 24 months. In total there is a nominal 193 trains consisting of two variants, 'S8' (59 trains circa 360 seats each) and 'S7' (133 trains circa 304 seats each).
