Framework Agreements for Providing Business Travel Accommodations to FCDO in India Network

Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), represented by the British High Commission in New Delhi (India), intends to competitively identify and establish Framework Agreements with suitable hotels across India for the provision of business travel accommodation services to the UK Government officials. The Framework Agreements will cover the provision of hotel accommodation and related services for UK Government officials undertaking official travel within India. Services may include accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi, meeting facilities, airport transfers (where available), and other associated business travel services. The Framework Agreements will be a Standalone Framework established for a four (4) years period Suitable and interested hotel suppliers are invited to participate in a Market Engagement Event. During this event, FCDO will present its requirements, provide an overview of the procurement process, and seek feedback from the market to help refine the requirement and ensure the Framework Agreements deliver best value for money, operational flexibility, and high-quality accommodation services across the India Network.

Catering and User Over-Night Accommodation Services

UK Research & Innovation (UKRI)

This is for the provision of Accommodation and Catering services to the various sites for the UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). The Accommodation and Catering Services are required at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and Coesners House and catering services are required at Daresbury Laboratory and the UK Astronomy Technology Centre. UKRI STFC will be hosting two further Supplier Engagement Sessions for this requirement. One being conducted on the 17th of June at Daresbury Laboratory Keckwick Ln, Daresbury, Warrington WA4 4AD commencing at 1pm, the other on the 18th of June at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Harwell Campus, Didcot, OX11 0QX commencing at 10am. Each session will last no more than 1-2 hours and a maximum of two attendees from each supplier organisation to register for the session. To book onto the Supplier Engagement Session, please submit the names, email addresses, contact phone numbers, vehicle registrations to the following email address : STFCprocurement@ukri.org. Please confirm your attendance no later than 12pm (noon) on the 16th of June 2026.
