The Direct Payment Support Service will enable Individuals eligible for social care funding to exercise choice and control over their care and support arrangements. The Council is committed to ensuring that the option of a Direct Payment is explored and understood by everyone who is eligible to receive one. The Service will be available to an Individual who is eligible for social care services and chooses to take part or all of their Personal Budget as a Direct Payment to employ their own Personal Assistants or pay for other services of their choice. The Provider shall deliver the service to; Children and Adults eligible for Direct Payments, which may include, but not be limited to: -Older people. -People with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. -People with fluctuating or complex needs. -Individuals transitioning from Children's to adult services. -Carers (including parent carers) managing Direct Payments on behalf of Individuals.
Planned Investment - Support for Target Cost Model

Orbit invites interested parties to submit proposals to support the development of an appropriate target cost model for Orbit's Planned Investment programme in accordance with this project brief. Bidders are invited to submit proposals by COB Thursday 6th August 2026 in accordance with the documentation available on the Procontract portal. The target cost model will be expected to support delivery of Orbit's Planned Investment - Property/Home Improvement, Remediation, and Major Projects requirements to its housing stock in all regions from 1st April 2028 for a period of up to 15 years. Description: Thames Freeport (TFP) is one of eight English Freeports established under the Government's Freeport Policy. Spanning tax sites at DP World London Gateway (Thurrock), the Port of Tilbury (Thurrock), and Ford Dagenham (Barking & Dagenham), TFP operates as the accountable body for a programme of investment, infrastructure and innovation interventions targeting place-based economic growth across East London and the Estuary. TFP has published its Industry, Investment and Infrastructure Framework (TFIIIF), establishing an ambition to catalyse £16 billion in cumulative GVA, create 23,230 net additional jobs, and generate £1.5 billion in additional annual GVA across four sector clusters: Technology and Advanced Manufacturing; Sustainable Construction; Advanced Port Logistics; and Deployed Artificial Intelligence. To deliver the TFIIIF programme, TFP requires access to a high-calibre, multi-disciplinary Strategic Advisory Partner(s) capable of providing integrated advisory, appraisal, feasibility, investment facilitation and SPV services. The contract will be structured as a Framework Enabling Contract with Statements of Work drawn down per project. TFP anticipates annual spend of approximately £1,000,000 against a ceiling of £5,000,000 +VAT over the full 3+1+1 year term. International Nuclear Services Limited (INS) are seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced economic operator to deliver a Global Bunker Procurement Service & Associated Supply Chain Management on behalf of INS, to support the delivery of operations to our customers. The services are required to operate on a global basis to enable operational flexibility, resilience and competitivity of the INS shipping function. The anticipated value of this service contract (excluding bunker supply) is between £21,500- £107,600 for the initial 3-year term and between £35,700 and £179,000.00 over a full 5-year period, excluding credit costs, should the optional extension of 2 years be invoked. This value is based upon current anticipated demand, which is subject to change. The duration of the contract is anticipated to be circa 3 years with a 24-month optional extension, representing a maximum term of 5 years.

Due to the ongoing growth and development of the Open Banking market, Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for Open Banking Services for use by Central Government and the Wider Public Sector. The Agreement will be a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will be called RM6301: Open Banking DPS (Data, Digital Payments and Confirmation of Payee Services). This agreement will provide a vehicle for Central Government and the Public Sector to source Open Banking Services, including but not limited to: Digital Payment Services Account Information Services Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Services This will be the first agreement for Open Banking Services CCS has developed. We intend to launch for supplier onboarding from late July with the DPS anticipated to go live for use in the Autumn. The agreement is expected to run for 8 years and suppliers will have the opportunity to onboard throughout this duration. The estimated value of the contract is c£37,500,000 and the contract will run for a 5-year term. DVLA anticipate issuing the award letter in May 2027 with a contract start date of February 2028, which allows around 8 months for transition and mobilisation activities.
