North Yorkshire Council offers eligible employees the opportunity to receive a seasonal influenza vaccination through a programme of pop-up clinics delivered at Council premises across North Yorkshire. The staff flu vaccination programme forms part of the Council's Seasonal Health Strategy and supports the health, wellbeing and resilience of the workforce during the winter period. The Provider will be required to deliver a safe, accessible and confidential seasonal influenza vaccination service for eligible employees. The objectives of the Service are to: • Increase access to seasonal influenza vaccination for eligible employees identified by the Council. • Increase uptake of the influenza vaccine amongst eligible employees. • Promote awareness and understanding of the seasonal influenza vaccination programme. • Support the reduction of influenza transmission and infection, particularly amongst frontline staff and those working with vulnerable individuals. • Deliver a user-friendly, non-judgemental, person-centred and confidential vaccination service from Council premises located across North Yorkshire. • Supply, administer and record influenza vaccinations in accordance with all applicable legislation, clinical standards, professional requirements and data protection obligations. • Provide management information and performance data as required by the Council.

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is seeking to appoint a specialist provider to deliver a managed Workplace Assessments and Adjustment Service across the organisation. The service will support FOS's commitment to inclusion, accessibility, wellbeing and compliance with relevant equality and health and safety legislation. The appointed Supplier will provide workplace needs assessments, workstation and ergonomic assessments, recommendations and associated reporting for employees who require workplace adjustments. The Supplier will also be responsible for the supply and/or installation of recommended workplace adjustment equipment where required. The service must be available nationally and support employees located across FOS offices in Belfast, Cardiff, Coventry, Edinburgh, London and Manchester, as well as employees working remotely or in hybrid working arrangements. The Supplier must therefore be capable of delivering both remote and on-site assessment services throughout the United Kingdom.

The occupational health specialist will be involved in the design stage to promote awareness and ensure occupational health risks are identified and eliminated/controlled during the design stage. Scope includes: 1) Occupational Health Service (OHS) provision for all Colas Rail's Staff Providing the Works. The OHS is accredited by the Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service (SEQOHS), or independently audited, as agreed with the Project Manager, where accreditation by SEQOHS is not possible; 2) The Supplier provides a suitably qualified and experienced clinical occupational health professional in accordance with below list (point 3), to provide oversight and co-ordination of the OHS provision. The Supplier submits the name, relevant qualifications and experience of the proposed clinical occupational health professional to the Project Manager for acceptance. 3) Clinical and support staff meet the minimum qualifications as listed in the OHS Scope document. 4) The Supplier ensures a suitably qualified occupational clinical health professional attends and participates in a Health Leadership Forum (HLF). Please refer to "Occupational Health Services Scope" document for full details. Additional information: The services shall be delivered in accordance with Colas Rail CR2 Professional Services Agreement Terms & Conditions, including applicable HS2-specific provisions; copies will be issued to shortlisted suppliers. Wigan Council require a provider to deliver the Integrated Drug & Alcohol Treatment Service. The Wigan drug and alcohol service will be delivered through a whole-system, neighbourhood-based model aligned with Progress with Unity and the borough's Community Health Improvement Transformation. The service will shift away from traditional, service-led delivery towards a relationship-based approach that prioritises prevention, early intervention and reducing health inequalities. Working closely with health, social care, community, voluntary sector and criminal justice partners, the Provider will act as a system leader and enabler, ensuring support is visible, accessible and embedded within local communities. Recovery workers will be based in neighbourhood settings, supported by flexible outreach, in-reach, drop-in provision and coordinated evening and weekend support to help people access assistance at the earliest opportunity. The model will place equal emphasis on prevention, treatment and recovery. Prevention activity will be shared across the wider system, with the Provider supporting workforce development, brief interventions, screening, trauma-informed practice and early identification of need. Treatment will consist of high-quality, evidence-based clinical and psychosocial interventions integrated with mental health, housing, employment, sexual health and criminal justice services. Recovery will begin from first contact, focusing on long-term outcomes such as improved health, wellbeing, housing, employment, social connections and independence. The service will place strong emphasis on reducing inequalities, improving access for vulnerable and underrepresented groups, and embedding lived experience throughout service design, delivery and continuous improvement.
