ERP Purchase and Implementation for Mental Health Commission of Canada
Mental Health Commission of Canada
Mental Health Commission of Canada (the Commission) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply and implement a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform to replace our existing Microsoft Dynamics GP environment. This RFP covers both the purchase (subscription/licensing) and the full implementation of the selected ERP, including integrations, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live hot support. The Commission has concluded the requirements-gathering and business process mapping phase and has identified two ERP platforms as finalists for this RFP: Sparkrock and Oracle NetSuite. Only proposals for these two platforms will be considered. This RFP does not include detailed business requirements; once the Commission receives a respondent’s Intention to Bid and a mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the Commission will provide access to the requirements documentation and process maps to support proposal development.
