Perform work to Repair the Roof at École Opasquia (6,887SF) located 27- 8th Street, The Pas, Manitoba R9A 1R4 AND Repair Roof at Mary Duncan School (2,488SF) located at 60 – 3rd Street West, The Pas, Manitoba R9A 1R4. Work shall include: new roof assemblies above base roof wood decking, including but not limited to vapour barriers, rigid insulation, roof membranes, new roof drains/rwls/discharge, parapets/scuppers/flashing upgrades, heat trace, asbestos sheet removal on roof decking (Mary Duncan), and minor Glulam repairs (École Opasquia). Work shall be in accordance with the drawings and specifications included herewith.
