Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority
The Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) is seeking proposals for three projects related to its digital registry and oversight of regulated programs: Modification and expansion of system functionality for Blue Box performance reporting, including enhancements to align and improve how producer responsibility organization (PRO)-producer relationships are supported across shared functionality for all individual producer programs; Refinement of Collection Activities functionality to align with regulatory changes; and An assessment of high-value AI use cases for compliance activities with potential implementation. All vendors must indicate their intent to respond to RPRA by returning Appendix A: Announcement of Intent to Respond. This form must state whether you will or will not be responding to the RFP. Please complete and submit this form via e-mail ONLY to the key RPRA contact as noted above by 3.00 p.m. (ET) on May 29, 2026. The Appendix B: NDA must be signed and emailed, along with your completed Intent to Respond, to the contact listed in section 5.1. Submit an electronic copy of your proposal via e-mail ONLY to the contact as indicated in section 5.1. All responses must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. ET on June 25, 2026.
