KDH Health Centre Rooftop Unit Replacement Project

Kemptville District Hospital ("KDH") invites qualified mechanical contractors to submit Tenders for the replacement of six (6) rooftop HVAC units serving the KDH Health Centre. The Work includes supplying, delivering, installing, testing, commissioning, training on, and turning over new rooftop HVAC equipment, along with all related mechanical, electrical, controls, rigging, demolition, and commissioning services required to deliver a complete, operational HVAC system. The Health Centre will remain fully operational throughout construction. Contractors will plan and execute the Work to minimize disruption to hospital operations while maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors.
