Landmark First Ave North Sidewalk Construction & Associated Works

This project involves the construction of a new concrete sidewalk connection along First Avenue North in Landmark, Manitoba, extending from the existing sidewalk connection west of Provincial Road 206 (Main Street) to Penner Drive. The project includes approximately 155.5 linear metres of new concrete sidewalk construction, including reinforced concrete sections, detectable warning surface tiles, asphalt tie-ins, grading, boulevard restoration, and landscaping works. The work is being carried out under the direction of the RM of Taché Public Works Department. The purpose of this project is to improve pedestrian connectivity, accessibility, and pedestrian safety within the community by providing a continuous sidewalk connection along First Avenue North.
