IWS/IS/DCM/CP001175 Renewal of Armitage-Constance Creek-Spruce Ridge Bridges

Requirement: The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking qualification submissions to provide professional engineering services to carry out Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, Engineering Services During Construction, Contract Administration and Construction Inspection for the Renewal of Armitage Vances Side Road Bridge over Drain, Constance Creek Bridge & Spruce Ridge Road Bridge, as described in the Terms of Reference. Anticipated Period of Contract(s) The anticipated period of contract for design services is from the date of award to 15 September 2027. Subject to satisfactory service, terms and conditions, contingent upon approvals, budget and construction timing window, and at the City’s sole discretion, the contract may be extended to January 2028 for Contract Administration and Inspection Services. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City. Contingent upon approvals and budget and construction timing window, the contract may be extended to January 2028 for Engineering Support Services during Construction. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City.
