Request for Proposals — Medical Boarding Accommodations, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Norway House Cree Nation (NHCN) is seeking proposals from qualified Winnipeg hotel operators to provide medical boarding accommodations for band members travelling for medical care. The successful proponent will provide a committed block of 50 suites (2-bedroom, double, or queen configurations) with overflow capacity on demand, 24/7 reception, elevator access, a minimum of 13 parking stalls accommodating 15-passenger Sprinter vans, and dedicated flex space for catering distribution. Proposed contract terms of 1–3 years will be considered. This RFP is issued July 17, 2026. Requests for information and confirmation of intent to bid are due by July 24, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by email no later than 4:00 PM CST on July 31, 2026, with award announcement anticipated on or before August 14, 2026.
