Arborg Personal Care Home - Tender Package 2 (TP-2)

Tender Package 2 includes the construction of a new 63,290 ft2 wood framed Personal Care Home in Arborg, MB. An overview of the extent of the project can be found on drawing G0.1. The project includes the PCH (Bldg. A) which is connected via a link to the support services building (Bldg. B). Tender Package 2 (TP-2) includes the superstructure and site works. This includes all Architectural, Structural, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, and Landscaping scopes. Most of the foundation scopes have already been tendered in TP-1. The TP-1 Foundation package included most scopes up to the main floor. Work included was the site demolition, excavation/backfill of the building, site rough grading, piles, pile caps, grade beams, hollowcore planks, and structural steel and metals up to the main floor elevation.
