RCFS/FOS/ Fire Alarm Inspection Services

The Recreation, Cultural and Facilities Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, has a requirement for the provision of annual inspections and maintenance services on fire alarm equipment at 214 locations in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications (the “Work”). This Work includes alarm systems, peripheral equipment, standpipes, and sprinkler system and bi-annual (twice yearly) inspections of hood suppression systems at these locations.
