2026 Watermain and Wastewater Sewer Renewal Contract

NOTICE OF TENDER CITY OF PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE Submissions are invited for the following: 26 OPS 028 - "CITY OF PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE - 2026 WATERMAIN AND WASTEWATER SEWER RENEWAL CONTRACT" Tenders will be available Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Tenders will be issued by email upon request by calling the Operations Department, at 204-239-8346, or by emailing tenders@city-plap.com. If a hard copy is requested, a refundable deposit of $100.00 for each tender package is required. The deposit will only be refunded on: The submission of a bona fide tender or The return of tender documents within seven (7) days after tender closing. Generally the work being tendered includes: 205 meters of 150mm PVC Watermain 20 water services 160 meters of 375mm PVC Wastewater Sewer 65 meters of 200mm PVC Wastewater Sewer Road and Boulevard Restoration Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Department, 495 11th St NW, Portage la Prairie, MB, R1N 4B3 on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 27, 2026. Emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment and clearly labelled as indicated in the tender documents. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Tenders will not be opened publicly.
