Hesperus Fellowship Community of Ontario ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating Hesperus Village, a seniors’ affordable housing residence in Vaughan, Ontario, invites bids for an elevator modernization at 1 Hesperus Road. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 1 Hesperus Road, Vaughan, ON L4J 0G9. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting.
