DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – NB26SOA1_85693 – General Construction Standing Offer Agreement – at 22 Wing, North Bay. Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $700,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional two-year period and increased in the order of $700,000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 2,000.00 and $ 100,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 100,000.00. The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance FSC, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
