The University of Waterloo is seeking to retain the services of a Respondent to repair/perform maintenance on mostly end-of-life Eaton Uninterrupted Power Supplies units (“UPS”) located at our facilities within the University of Waterloo campus. The purpose of the contract is to retain the services of a Respondent who can provide the expertise, safety and work equipment, materials, consumables and skilled labour to carry out the work required. in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
