Request for Proposal #3470 Sanding Services

Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3470 Sanding Services Manitoba Public Insurance is issuing an RFP with services to solicit proposals from Vendors to provide automatic sanding Services (including labour, material, equipment, supervision and transportation) for the MPI service centres and other properties located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, listed in this RFP, to prevent slippery conditions on roadways and parking areas at each site. In addition, MPI requires Services on ‘as and when requested’ Services. Sanding Services must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week in response to icy/slippery surface conditions. The Services must be completed in conjunction with third party snow clearing companies, as more fully described in the RFP document. The final date for submissions is August 27, 2026. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP. * There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB per file. Multiple files may be submitted.
