Exterior Window Cleaning

You are invited to submit a quote for pricing to complete exterior cloud glass/façade cleaning. The CMHR is looking for a qualified vendor that possesses the necessary skills, expertise, experience, tools, and equipment to perform the Services in accordance with the description and specifications detailed in Appendix 1 – Scope of Work and Description of Services. The services are scheduled to be completed in fall 2026, subject to weather conditions and at a time agreed upon by both parties. A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for 10:00 (CST) Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The Bidder must attend the Mandatory Site Visit to view and familiarize themselves with the site. Failure to attend the Mandatory Site Visit will disqualify a bidder from further evaluation. Individual site visits with suppliers will not be allowed. If a bidder’s representative is not available on the Mandatory Site Visit date and time specified on the front page of this RFQ, it shall send a designate. Please allow up to one (1) hour for the site visit. To confirm attendance and register the name(s) of the individual(s) attending, email bids@humanrights.ca by 12:00 (CST) Monday, August 17, 2026.
