Site Security Services Scope of Work: SaskPower requires a Contractor to provide Security Services effective February 1, 2027, comprised of static guard posts, mobile guard services, ad hoc guard services and a Security Operations Centre (SOC) for SaskPower provincially at the following standard sites: Boundary Dam Power Station (BDPS) (coal fired power plant) located near Estevan Shand Power Station (SHPS) (coal fired power plant) located near Estevan Poplar River Power Station (PRPS) (coal fired power plant) located near Coronach Queen Elizabeth Power Station (QEPS) (natural gas power plant) located in Saskatoon Saskatoon Maintenance Centre (SMC) (office, service and storage yard) located in Saskatoon Head Office (HO), including an annexed building (office) located in Regina Regina Service Centre (RSC) (office, service and storage yard) located in Regina Regina Maintenance Centre (RMC) (office, service and storage yard) located in Regina Grid Control Centre (GCC) located in Regina Security Operations Centre (SOC) located in Regina 2101 Scarth Street (office) located in Regina Regina Operations & Maintenance Centre (ROMC) (office, service and storage yard) located in Regina Federal Pioneer Building (office and storage yard) located in Regina Powerhouse Drive Facility (office, testing and research facility) located in Regina Prince Albert Maintenance Centre located in Prince Albert In addition to the standard sites listed above, there will be additional requests for temporary or mobile security services on an as-needed basis to support SaskPower operations throughout the province at non-standard sites. Requests may include, but will not be limited to, security services for overhauls at power stations outside of locations such as Saskatoon, Swift Current or Moose Jaw or security services for construction sites in cities such as Regina, Prince Albert or Weyburn.
