DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) requires a high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient Proponent to deliver cleaning and caretaking services for the Department of Student Housing & Residence Life (SHRL). The year-round housing operation services students living and studying at UTSC (all year), and short-term hotel and conference guests (May to August). Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of September 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
