RFQ-003 - Carling Cooling Equipment Replacement Mechanical Package

EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of BGIS, is inviting Bidders to submit their Statement of Qualifications to pre-qualify to bid on the Carling Cooling Equipment Replacement project located at 3500 Carling Ave, Ottawa, ON. This pre-qualification process is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process; the second phase is the tendering process. During the Tendering Phase, the pre-qualified bidders will be invited to prepare and to submit stipulated price tenders for this work. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the Construction Manager based on a modified EllisDon Stipulated Price Subcontract. This Request for Qualifications document sets out the requirements for the submission of the Bidder’s Statement of Qualifications and specifies the evaluation criteria and Bidder selection process for this phase.
