RFP 26 08 002 Essex Transmission Project Development Support Services

Essex Transmission LP (Essex Transmission) invites qualified and experienced proponents to submit proposals for the provision of transmission project development support services under a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Essex Transmission is advancing a major transmission infrastructure project and is seeking to establish a strategic partnership with a qualified firm capable of providing commercial construction advisory, estimating, constructability, project development, and technical support services. The successful proponent will be responsible for providing the planning, estimating, constructability, scheduling, risk assessment, project development services necessary to develop a defensible Class 3 Cost Estimate, support for regulatory and planning activities; and preparation through the Leave to Construct (LTC) application processes. This relationship will be specific to the portion of project referred to as Leamington Phase I. The successful Proponent will enter into a Master Services Agreement with Essex Transmission. The MSA is intended to establish the commercial framework under which the core project development services will be performed and may also provide Essex Transmission with access to additional technical, engineering, estimating, project advisory, or other specialized support services on an ad hoc basis that may be required during the course of the Project. Any such additional services will be authorized solely at Essex Transmission's discretion through separate work authorizations, statements of work, or purchase orders issued under the MSA.
