D4. SCOPE OF SERVICES D4.1 The Services required under this Contract consists of design and discovery effort to establish the foundation for a modern digital Work and Asset Management (WAM) solution. While the Public Works department (PWD) will serve as the initial baseline, this project will engage other departments with asset and work management needs to ensure the selected solution is scalable and fit for future deployment across the City. The objective is to ensure that the solution not only meets PWD’s immediate requirements but is also capable of supporting the broader needs of other departments, enabling consistent, citywide modernization.
